Role Summary/Purpose:

Develop and integrate real-time manufacturing data to support our production of high technology hardware laboratory systems, ie MES.
The System Integration Specialist has crucial effect on customer quality and delivery time as their ability to contribute with cross functional trouble shooting has direct effect on manufacturing process outcomes

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsible for level of integration between the existing MES components as well as development of road map for future steps.
Gather and connect data from various data sources.
Proficiency in making data understandable.
Support efforts to consistently improve product and process quality.
Work with manufacturing leadership to identify and resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to processes and systems.
Monitor and improve productivity through the use of Lean Six Sigma or related tools, while ensuring all customer commitments are met in a timely, quality and cost-conscious manner.
Clearly understand existing processes in order to provide support for manufacturing process.
Support and execute engineering initiatives with wide business impact and ensure to share best practice across the Global Supply Chain.
Interface with global counter-parts to achieve program goals and standardization efforts.
Ensure regulatory compliance through Qualification and Validation. Responsible for ensuring rigor in determining processes requiring validation, development of plans and analysis criteria, execution and final analysis and acceptance.
Help execute continuous simplification of QMS methods and their applications by working with cross-functional team including Operations and Quality Assurance.
Contribute to trouble shooting during high pressure, due to i.e. production stop, with direct effect on customer quality and delivery times. To identify the root cause analysis the system integration specialist need to encompass multiple variables and unknowns.
Provide technical assistance by phone or in person to internal customers, field service personnel, or suppliers.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Computer, Electrical, Industrial engineering or equivalent, or related technical degree or an Associate Degree and 3 years? experience in programming or engineering.
Understanding of software and hardware design
Understanding of statistical analysis
Demonstrated troubleshooting, planning, analytical and decision making skills
Fluent in Swedish and English both verbal and written
Valid EU working permit

Desired Characteristics:

6-sigma DMAIC & DFSS certified.
Scrum, Agile or any other iterative software methodology.
Experinces in Process Intensive manufacturing.
Product and process development experience.
Solid working knowledge of GEHC QMS procedures for GMP.
Demonstrated program and project management skills.
Experience working with global team.
