The Role
To build and develop a world class team and evolve the backend to keep it modern, fast and lean.

This means:
Build and lead the backend team (approx.5 people)
Set and evolve the future architecture for Rebtel
Create a lean and flexible backend that lets services evolve for exceptional customer experience

Requirements
A degree in computer science or equivalent
4+ years of experience in software development
Experience in solution design and architecture
A deep understanding of object oriented principles
Strong C# experience
Experience in REST with WCF and JSON
Basic SQL knowledge
Experience of working on large-scale high performing systems
Experience in information retrieval, artificial intelligence, distributed computing, large-scale system, networking, security and data compression is a plus
Experience of audio/video, telecommunications and protocols is a plus
