Operations Technician

Adtoox is a file based delivery service customized for commercials and editorial content. We are integrated with more than 400 broadcasters and publishers across Europe and Brazil. We secure that each material delivered is logged, encoded, quality assured, stored and controlled accordingly to all specifications and deadlines. We streamline the work for advertisers, media agencies, ad agencies, production companies, post production houses and media owners.

By managing more than 130.000 deliveries (7.000 brands) each year, Adtoox is one of the largest suppliers in Europe. We integrate 8.000 users and server over 800 different suppliers (submitting ads). 900 different advertisers have created their own accounts in Adtoox.
Adtoox expand in Brazil and Europe and look for colleagues to Technical Operations team.

Main responsibilities

- Monitor the server infrastructure within Adtoox
- Monitor the Adtoox deliveries and solve operations problems.
- Monitor Adtoox surveillance systems of the 24/7 operations.
- Handle contact with data center operators and internet suppliers.
- Assist broadcasters with workflow and network related queries.
- Propose and define technical requirements towards the development teams.

Skills and qualifications

- Previous work with server infrastructure.
- Previous work with operations, surveillance, handling alarms.
- Networks, TCP/IP
- Windows Server environments
- Service oriented and self-motivated.
- Social and open personality.
- Previous work with load balanced server systems.
- Academic degree related to distributed systems and server networks.
- Good knowledge in English. Knowledge in other languages like Portugese, Spanish and Italian is an advantage but no requirement.
