SCA is seeking to accelerate its use of digital channels to engage, sell to and service the end consumer of our products. You will be part of the Digital Transformation Team, a global and cross category team at SCA with the aim to radically accelerate digital within our organization.
Within the existing organization, the Digital Transformation Team will:
Provide a ‘go-to’ resource for the business to assist with its digital strategy, planning and delivery
Enable translation/reuse of best practice across brands and territories
Identify, establish and operate shared technical and delivery service where demanded by Business Units and Categories
House shared resource with deep expertise and relevant tools
A key part of our digital investment is the analysis of digital channel performance by setting KPIs, implementing analytics tools and helping the business review and apply the insights, and maintaining a holistic view of the spend.
To join our Digital Transformation Team we are looking for a Global Digital Analyst, to undertake the measuring, follow up and reporting of the digital transformation in SCA.
Your role is to influence and support the business on its journey towards digital excellence. You will enable the business to make investments by providing information of the current position and allowing the business to measure or track outcomes.
In your role as a Global Digital Analyst you will be presented with a wide range of interesting development opportunities to plan, shape and deliver a new global digital capability, thus providing opportunity to demonstrate your ability to effect significant business change and move SCA into an industry-leading position for digital.
This person will be based in Gothenburg.
Become a key player in the global digital transformation by providing the business with insights based on measuring, analyzing and testing our digital activities
Measure and report on digital activity, investment and transformation in SCA. Use findings to influence prioritization, and to provide suggestions for improvements.
Create and maintain a holistic view of all digital activities for SCA
Encourage, promote and support knowledge and experience sharing through the business
It is essential that you have an understanding of digital and that you have experience analyzing and working with relevant metrics in the world of digital. Suitable candidates will have a web/digital analyst background, or equivalent to a strong commercial analytical view with business analytical and reporting skills. Furthermore we believe that you have an understanding of operating in a matrix organization and international experience, including fluency in English.
You have a degree in statistics, marketing, computer science, business administration, psychology or other relevant education.
Strong influence and communications skills; builds trust in an open environment by involving others and helping them to deliver
Minimum 3 years’ experience in web analytics and strong talent for crunching and analyzing data, as well as telling stories with it
Experience in managing digital campaigns
Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, A/B testing tools such as Optimizely and Google Tag Manager.
Knowledge in Java Script is a merit.
Holistic thinking i.e. takes a broad stakeholder perspective and has the ability to understand stakeholder requirements, operational limitations and business opportunities.
Business curiosity to understand how to capture changing business environment into opportunities
