As a Development Lead within the company’s global Integration Service Centre you will work closely with the organization community and their vendors and take responsibility for releasing the integration solutions. You will do this by leading senior development teams who have the task to do low level design, development and test of the integrations based on the High Level Design provided by the Inflow team. Your focus will be on leading, planning, follow-up, support of development and communicating status and progress to stakeholders. We are looking for senior profiles as well as junior who wants to grow and develop.

Din profil
The main task in this assignment is to manage the development backlog, so that integrations are delivered in time. You will be responsible for securing that the work is done according to defined working processes as well as coordinate the development between different teams. You will plan, manage and support the teams to secure right capacity and verify reports, invoices and budgets. You will also handle recruitment and on boarding as well as report the status of development progress.

As a person you have a strong leadership profile and you do not hesitate to take on challenges and accept more responsibility whenever that is required. You are service minded and a good communicator in both written and spoken English. You have a strong will do deliver your best and thereby create trust among our stakeholders. You are a driven individual that is result oriented and delivery focused. You are dedicated to the task and contribute with your analytical ability. You have general IT knowledge and a software development background. Experience in leading development within different areas and agile methodologies as for example Scrum and Kanban, is necessary.
