Software Engineering Team Lead

We're growing our software engineering teams across multiple domains; data infrastructure, order management and payment processing. We build global payment services using Java, Scala and Erlang, to power over 400,000 global transactions every day.

What you'll be doing

• Inspiring, mentoring and guiding teams of 5-7 Software Engineers towards clearly defined goals.
• Coding in either Erlang, Scala or Java, depending on the domain.
• Leading design discussions and empowering teams to find solutions to complex engineering challenges.
• Ensuring testing best practices and Agile development processes are followed.

What you'll need to have

• Experience building scalable software in a distributed architecture.
• Experience leading a team of Software Engineers.
• The ability to write clean and highly performant code yourself.
• You should be comfortable leading design discussions.
