Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
Overview of Nasdaqs Trainee Program: Opportunity to participate in training, seminars and other events designed to enhance overall knowledge of the technology and financial services industries. Exposure to various departments within our Global Technology Business including but not limited to Software Development and QA Test. Software Development: Develops tests, debugs, software tools and utilities, under direct supervision. Provides technical support in a defined project under direct supervision. Develops program logic for new applications or analyses and modifies logic in existing applications, often learning on the job from more senior colleagues as size of the challenge increases. Modifies existing internal software products to add new functions, adapt to new hardware, improve performance or enhance product usability under direct supervision. QA Test: Conducts a range of quality control tests and analyses under direct supervision to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards, development specifications or client requirements. Is learning to collaborate with internal or external team members to plan different forms of applicable test phases and is coached to ensure that applicable test phases are successfully completed and documented and there is a plan for problem resolution. Administers and maintains the quality of products and processes, including standard procedures and quality audits/review.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Recent graduates pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Information Systems and or Industrial Management Demonstrated Extra-Curricular Achievements/Leadership (active in a club, volunteering, etc.). Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills. Prior Internship a Strong Plus.
