Technical Solution Responsible

Do you enjoy the combination of switching between tactical work such as defining long term goals and be operative hands on in the delivery? We are looking for a Technical Solution Responsible to strengthen our Application Operations team.

As a Technical Solution Responsible, TSR you are a leader and will be responsible for the operations of the IT systems within the area. Together with you team of application technicians, onsite and offshore, your focus will be to successfully deliver a stable application solution to our business. Given that, you will also facilitate the continuous exchange of information between the development, infrastructure and operations departments and coordinate overall plans.

This is an opportunity for you to work with resource and management services and improve the way of working within the technical team and offshore delivery. You will also have impact on how we collaborate together with other areas within Infrastructure & Operations and development. This gives you great responsibility to lead, transform and deliver a more service based delivery.

To succeed in this role you have excellent interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of IT in general, especially Infrastructure & Operations. You are an open and honest leader who enjoys building relationships and have great communication skills.

Your responsibilities

- Leading the team of application technicians in their daily work onsite and offshore
- Participating and contributing in the continuous work with the maintenance and operational plans
- Lead continuous service improvement
- Participating in projects and transition to operations
- Planning for development/change in the technical environment
- Responsible to establish, apply, integrate and improve the processes needed for service delivery
- Ensure that new or changed service can be put into production
- Coordinate maintenance work

- Have minimum of 5 years' experience of managing people and process within an IT organization
- Experience from leading technical teams and offshore deliveries
- Experience from planning, organizing and follow up

- You have a "can do"-mentality
- Experience from IT Service Management processes
- Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English, spoken and written
