Requirement Analysts on Azure cloud platform

We are looking for two driven persons who are ready to take on exciting challenges as requirement analysts on either an Application or a Domain level for our new Azure platform and the applications running on it.

You as a requirement analyst have a key role to steer and recommend how to manage current and future requested functionality as well as defining way of working questions.

As Requirements Analyst at H&M you get the opportunity to work with all team members and business to ensure a delivery where time to market and quality is an important factor. You will be responsible for planning and drive the requirements of the work in collaboration primarily with business, system responsible and the domain architect.

To succeed in these two roles, the Domain and the Application RA, we see that you are an experienced requirement analyst. You will create solution proposals together with IT-Architects and work close to the developers to secure solution and be able to manage change requests in an agile development process. Being thorough and to have a Domain mindset is crucial when we design both Applications and a Domain that will be shared by these applications. We maintain a high pace, which requires structure and an ability to prioritize and work together. You have a pedagogical ability and desire to both learn and help others to grow.

Your responsibilities

The job of an H&M requirement analyst comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun.

Your to do-list includes:

- Be responsible for the Domain and that the Domain business logic follows the rules/best practices decided by the delivery area

- Actively work with the Domain and Application architect in the work to propose best practices for the domain

- Update and document LIM and textual LIM

- Responsible and knowledge of the Azure Domain Function Catalogue and which business capabilities that is available at the Domain

- Participate in the pre-study phase of new requirements/projects to contribute to assessing whether

- Lead the process if the requested business needs should be solved within the Domain or not

- Assess Requirements and Domain/Application impact

- Responsible for retrieving and to document the business value of requirements the comes from IT

- Perform handover to test-team

Your skills

Your skills and experience include:

- Minimum 4 years prior experience of the RA role

- Minimum 1 year offshore experience

- Minimum 1 year experience of creating solution proposals and to detail high level requirements into work tasks for the developers

- Experience of TDD, Test Driver Development

- Practical experience in writing users stories

- Experience of agile work methodology

- Excellent communication skills both in Swedish and English

It's an advantage if you have experience of Azure or other cloud platforms or experience writing requirement for development of web-development using Bootstrap.
