Influit are recruiting QA Lead to take charge of on-going test strategies for product company's web performance products. You will be in charge of the platform and strategies in tight collaboration with the development and DevOps teams. The position
The position as QA Lead Engineer means you will take charge of the on-going test strategies for the company's web performance products. You will be in charge of the platform and strategies to expand and adopt automated testing in tight collaboration with the development and DevOps teams. Furthermore, you will be hands-on working within the cross-functional teams executing on the roadmap initiatives along with supporting the delivery of On-Premise installations within large enterprises. You will be part of the product development effort from specification to release and will also coordinate QA engineers working off-shore. The environment is high-paced agile development with quick response to changing needs and the product evolution is rapid.

The company has offices in Los Angeles, New York, London and Stockholm, Kungsholmen, with a total of 60 employees, of which more than 30 works in Stockholm. They are divided into Professional Services, Operations, Support and R & D in a flat organization. Profile
You have a at least upper secondary education or higher, five years experience as a QA engineer, three years experience in automation testing as well as experience in SQL and leading/mentoring teams. Furthermore, you have a solid understanding of web related protocols, APM tools and agile testing. As a person you are collaborative, self-driven, communicative and thrive in diverse work. You are fluent in English both verbal and written.
