Requirements - At least 8 years of experience in Software Development (Engineering or QA background) - At least 4 years of experience in Project Management - At least 2 years of experience in managing projects with 30+ FTE - Proficient in setting up Software Development and QA processes - Advanced experience in distributed teams management - Experience with project finance management - Experience with solutions for payment, invoice and document automation is a plus - Experience with BigData solutions, Hadoop platforms, NoSQL is a plus - Advanced level of English for daily communication and business trips to the company in Sweden - Fluent Ukrainian and Russian for cooperation and management of distributed teams (Poland, Ukraine, Sweden), daily meetings with teams (Mykolaiv, Kyiv, Kharkiv) - Readiness for frequent business trips (incl. Ukraine).
