We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who can effectively create, interpret and deliver data to help the organization reach ambitious fundraising and campaign goals.

The IT department’s key responsibility is to ensure the ability of Greenpeace Nordic to achieve its goals by being a strategic partner to other departments and provide the right tools, systems and support to ensure staff can operate effectively.

About the role:

Based in our Stockholm office, the Business Intelligence Analyst will be a key resource for Greenpeace Nordic to effectively manage fundraising and other campaigns through the design, creation and delivery of various forms of information to support the business to improve campaign design, content, channel use and segmentation.

The Business Intelligence Analyst will also provide system administration services for all Business Intelligence related systems, support intra- and cross-system communication and communicate extensively with stakeholders within and outside Greenpeace Nordic.

About you:

* BSc. / Masters in Computer Science or Business, or related degree with equivalent work experience.
* Preferably two years’ experience in Business Intelligence analysis, with documented experience using BI solutions (Jaspersoft, Qlickview etc), decision support systems, OLAP technology, and multi-dimensional data.
* Experience using an RDBMS (MySQL), and advanced skills in query languages, especially SQL is a must.
* Knowledge and experience in the design and use of (multi-dimensional) Data Warehouses, and the use of ETL software to provide these with information.
* Experience in using and integrating with CRM and Market Automation systems.
* Excellent knowledge of applied statistics.
* Strong skills in the visualization of data.
* Proven track record in working in a project-based environment, including the ability to participate in project design, planning, reporting, and change management.
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
* Excellent skills in all MS Office products.
* Fluent English and preferably some proficiency in one (or more) of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish).

 

Ideally you will also have:

 

* Extensive understanding of the business aspects of non-profit organizations.
* Strong Project management experience.
* Skills and experience in software programming.
* Knowledge of and experience using SOA, Webservices, and one or more of SOAP, REST, WSDL.
* Experience working with and adjusting/designing systems to comply with the Data Protection Directive in the Nordic region.
