Group IT is located in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We are 1400 employees responsible for running the bank, developing and maintening business strategic and central systems in Swedbank.

Welcome to the Contact Center &Telephony team!
We are looking for a Java developer to reinforce the Contact Center team in Sweden. We have a constant growth of new internal customers and there are a lot of interesting and challenging requirements ahead.
The Contact Center platform is built upon a number of systems and applications. Nortel/Avaya IP Telephony, The Genesys Contact Center application platform and Trio Televoice are the most central. This platform is a vital part of Swedbanks present and future digital platform, used by a numerous customer service centers within Sweden and Latvia.
As a Java & Genesys developer your work will consist of:
Development and maintenance of services within the Contact Center platform. Troubleshooting and maintenance on the platform on a “level 3” (the most advanced level). Participate in analysis of new business requirements. Lifecycle management for our services (upgrading and patching systems and applications). Contact with vendors and customers. Be a part of the Swedish on-call team.
To do this the best way possible, you are able to operate independently as well as in a group and to take responsibility. Since you will take part in vendor and client meetings (also international) good business and communication skills are required. It is also important that you are analytical and work methodically since a part of your assignment consists of troubleshooting.
The candidate we are looking for has:
Fluent in English (Swedish is an advantage) Goal-oriented team player Able to handle several activities running in parallel.
Also to an advantage if you have:
Experience of Genesys Contact Center solution. Experience of voice response systems (IVR). Knowledge within IP- telephony including SIP protocol.
