JOB DESCRIPTION
Axis overall goal is to further strengthen and develop the company’s position as the market-leading supplier of network video solutions. In order to do so we need enthusiastic and bright people and right now we are looking for a very dedicated Project Manager. Our team Core Product Platforms is responsible for bringing in the platform foundations in all Axis products and we are the hub in our technology development.
We are looking for someone to lead our software platform development. A great and inspirational leader that has experience working with software engineering, design, quality assurance and across external teams to manage and track deliverables. The position is hands-on in a super skilled and technically very strong team. You'll be deep in product details, roadmaps and requirements, challenged to innovate, build relationships and with strong people-focus to drive results. Having experience from working with global partners and platform vendors is very useful in our team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Skilled as project manager with full project lifecycle experience Enjoys technical challenges and can work with a various teams to resolve delivery dependencies Knows how to "close the loop" on work Managing projects using Agile software development e.g. Scrum or Kanban, and collaborating with cross-functional teams Experience with tackling complex problems Exceptional communication skills and strong drive to accomplish project goals Manage and work with quality assurance team in determining issues that are resolved and verifiable Must be comfortable communicating with external partners and have skills to manage cross-functional teams Have good skills and experience in project management tools
