Arbetsuppgifter

As Product Information Coordinator, your primary task will be to manage all product information in the whole region for the Gustavsberg brand. This means working actively with the company’s product data in all databases, with complete, correct and enhanced information and secure delivery connected to output systems. You will also be responsible for Quality Management of Data Input from different de-partments for products and master data.

You will have a close cooperation with IT, product managers, purchasers and other relevant teams in the company. You will have a lot of contact with customers, suppliers, the industry association, etc.

Other responsibilities:
- introduce a new PIM solution in the company and continuous improvements of the PIM system
- introduce new digital tools in the company and continuous improvements
- maintain country-related information, order and manage translations and register products in local databases
- assume responsibility for contact with local database providers with a focus on automation
- deliver product data to customers in the desired format.

There is some business travel.

Utbildning/erfarenhet

To be successful as a Product Information Coordinator, we believe you will have broad experience of working in a similar role in which you handled PIM systems and databases/master data. Furthermore, you have an understanding of logistics flows. If you have a technical qualification this is an advantage, but experience is most important. If you have experience of e-commerce, this is an advantage, as is work in engineering companies or industry-related companies. Good knowledge of spoken and written Eng-lish is a requirement, and it is an advantage if you also have knowledge of German or Russian. You have extensive experience of CMS and databases, and it is an advantage if you have experience of Magento and SAP.

As an individual you are independent and analytical. You are solution-oriented, meticulous and have an eye for detail. Furthermore, you have a feel for outstanding service and the importance of it.
