Hero Gaming is looking for a Senior Game Developer to join our dynamic and technology driven backend team in Malmö.
You will be an important part of a passionate team that currently consists of 12 people. The structure is basically flat which opens up great opportunities for the responsibility to contribute at all levels.
In your role, you will work with the latest techniques in backend development.
Work will be performed in an Agile team where you are involved in the development process and work closely with both internal and external development teams.
We are looking for someone with a relevant IT training. You speak and write very good English since this is required in communicating internally and externally.
As Game Developer you will work in a high performance team to develop Casino Heores backend systems built in Ruby / Ruby on Rails for http://www.casinoheroes.com. You will integrate with 3rd party suppliers, such as gaming suppliers and other related systems. Further, you will maintain the Ruby on Rails code, perform upgrades, patches, code releases and changes in the database. You participate in the design, analysis, development and quality assurance of the entire system.
Knowledge required
- At least 2 years experience in Ruby Development
- At least 2 years experience in Ruby on Rails Development
- SQL
- Test Driven Development
- Experience of Agile methodologies and teamwork
- GIT
