Job Qualifications and Competences
* Knowledge in End-2-end IT Infrastructure service understanding from end user to storage (end user computing, applications, middleware, databases, networking, AIX, Linux and Windows operating systems), ITSM processes, DevOps, Cloud computing and testing.
* Enterprise/Infrastructure/Solution Architecture, IT transformation, IT environment management, IT service management processes, DevOps, testing, workshop facilitation, multinational - multivendor projects.
* Bachelor level education, IT preferred.
* Strong driving force towards targeted goals.
* Technical Lead experience is a plus.
Certifications preferred:
* TOGAF certification
* ITIL certification
* IAF certification
* IPC certification.
Following competences must be fulfilled:
* Enterprise/Infrastructure Architecture
* DevOps
* IT Service Management processes and tools
* Following competences are desirable:
* Solution Architecture (technical solutions, cost calculation, pricing)
* Software development process and tools
* Testing process and tools
