Job description

For our largest telecom client we are looking for a skilled, self-motivated System Tester to join one of their teams. System test is verification of non-functional requirements with load (meaning system capacity and characteristics, robustness and stability) as well as installation and replacement test. The teams assures the quality for this particular system and ensures fast feedback loops to our cross-functional development teams. They work according to agile principals and have a good collaboration with their Product Owner. As a System Tester you will be accountable for delivering test results according to the prioritized backlog and for working with continuous improvements, e.g. automation of test analysis.

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Plan, execute and analyze system test cases
• Perform troubleshooting and problem solving
• Drive Continuous Improvements in system test discipline, with high focus on automation
Qualifications

Core Competencies:

• Telecom, IP protocols and IP-based routing, 3GPP standard, and UNIX/LINUX
• System Test Methodology and Test Automation
• Script languages (e.g. Python)
Soft skills/behavior:

• Lean and Agile Knowledge and Skills
• Team player
• Self-motivated
• Positive, “we can do it” attitude
Minimum Experience Requirements

BSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge

Excellent communications skills in the English language

Start date for the assignment will be 1st of November or as soon as possible.
