Java Android Developer

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Java Android Developer.

Since early 2000 we have supported our clients on a vast number of projects, all over the world. Our consultant pool consist of Swedish and non Swedish consultants within the fields of embedded systems, telecommunication, online solutions and application development. Now we are looking for new candidates to come work with us as consultants, on-site with our customers in Sweden.

Required skills:
-At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Android/Java
-Have a deep understanding of modern Android development and tools
-Know how to write readable, maintainable, performant object-oriented Java
-You care about quality and you know what it means to ship high quality code
-Good English - written and oral

Responsibilities include:
-Architecture
-Design solutions
-Contribute
-Debugging, testing of existing and new solutions
-Interact with project members and customers

Start: Q4 2016
Duration: 12-24 months on site in Sweden, with a high probability for extensions.
Extent: Full-time, 40h/week. Paid overtime can be requested by the customer.
Compensation: Negotiable. we offer a competitive salary, primarily in the form of long term employment and according to the Swedish standards; governmental pension plan, five weeks paid vacation, iPad/laptop, mobile phone with data plan subscription, priority medical care insurance, healthcare insurance, income level insurance, work liability insurance, language course support, sports activity contribution. Paid transfer to Sweden including registered partner and children. When applicable, the whole family will get a visa to live and work in Sweden. We will support you with housing and all needed registrations in Sweden (Migration board, tax authorities, etc). Paid transfer to Sweden including registered partner and children.
For Schengen-citizens, there is also an option to undertake the assignment as a subcontractor to Telescope.
