Qliro is now looking for a Product Operatons Manager!

Purpose

This Role is responsible for overseeing all application maintenance, support functions and delivery for a product offered by Qliro to their clients and consumers in all countries.

This Role will
-Manage end-to-end responsibility for availability of Qliro products for the Qliro consumers and maintenance of the quality of service offerings according to defined service levels.
-Coordinate with the managers and key personnel from internal and external stakeholders.
-This position is responsible for capacity planning and forecasting for resources, tools and processes to ensure quality in the delivery of business services.

Responsibilities

A Product Operations Manager is responsible for a product(s) & services offered by Qliro to their clients and consumers in all countries.

This role will fulfill its responsibilities by
-Planning in the development and direction of product(s) and services through process development/improvement for technical and business processes.
-Providing supervision, leadership, direction and feedback to the department staff, managers of other departments, projects managers and other key initiatives.
-Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Leaders, internal and external stakeholders to develop and provide appropriate strategies the product lifecycle
-Providing leadership and ensure appropriate planning for the deployment of product lines and perform at a high level of competency.
-Supporting team members and other product operations managers to achieve their development objectives and identify areas the team needs to develop to meet future business needs.
-Matching available resources both internally and externally with business demand and identify resource requirements to meet future business needs.
-Developing and reviewing methods to assess quality and efficiency of Qliro products including KPI, metrics, internal process improvement, Work Instructions, and SOPs.
-Maintaining knowledge of Qliro products and services and that of the industry, analyze the abilities of tools and technologies and compare with the needs of the business, recommend potential solutions to managers within the business.
-Validating strategic and operational plan with senior management and compare competing needs and benefits against existing work and strategies.

Key Technical Knowledge and Competencies
-Excellent knowledge of agile and lean methods of development and delivery
-Excellent Knowledge of SQL Databases preferably MSSQL
-Skilled in using Altassian tools like JIRA, Confluence
-Knowledge of version control tools and repositories like SVN and GIT
-Knowledge of Test Tools and automation strategies
-Knowledge of MS Office suite of products.
