Responsibilities:
- Drive the scrum team and facilitate all scrum-related meetings
- Be on top of the progress
- Communicate with stakeholders outside the team
- Resolve impediments and disagreements and focus the team on delivery according to commitments
- Facilitate and foster continuous improvement within the team
- Write high-quality code
- Work together with our graphic designer to deliver determined UX
- Be active in sprint-planning
- Deliver according to commitments
- Strive for learning the entire code-base over time
- Ready to roll up sleeves and help peers when needed
- Accountability for quality prior to delivery

Qualifications:
- Several years of documented experience with software development
- Documented experience of the scrum master role
- Min 1 year javascript
- Great coding skills and understanding of software architecture
- Passionate about continuous improvement
- Leadership skills and the drive to help build a great team
- You are a people?s person and bring energy to the people around you
- Must have experience with MVC frameworks such as Angularjs, Knockoutjs, etc.
- Excellent programming skills and practical experience
- You prefer pragmatism over processes
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English is a must (speaking and writing)
- You are passionate about working in a team-centric and agile environment
- Believes that trust, collaboration, responding to change, and having fun is key
- You are driven by results and really passionate about UX!
