ERP Group within IT Services is looking for an ERP system expert.
As part of Information Systems, IT services manages the majority of interactions, services and business process support within Axis. IT Services consists of the ERP-team, the Project Office, the IT Helpdesk, the Web, the Usability-team and the BI-team.

ERP system Expert
The ERP team at Axis is responsible for the support, maintenance and development of the ERP suite of systems at Axis where IFS Applications is a core part. We have a lot of demand for our services and are therefore in the need to grow our team. We are looking for someone in their beginning of their career that has the attitude and drive to become an ERP expert.

As an ERP system expert you are expected to work together with representatives from other departments and other subsidiaries globally to make sure the system fulfils the requirements of the users. This can be by system configuration and sometimes by code development. You will maintain the users and make sure they have the proper permission set. Documentation of the system and the processes is another important task as well as being able to perform training and create training material for end-users. Creating specialized SQL reports is another key element.

It is desirable if you have knowledge within accounting, supply chain processes and manufacturing either from experience or from University studies. Experience of Oracle PL/SQL or similar languages is a plus as well as system integrations.

Duties in short - E xpected but not limited to:

Work with internal stakeholders to fulfil ERP projects Implement and test new enhancement requests after assessing their potential impact Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, and other setup options Respond as first line support to tickets Create and maintain integrations between IFS and other business systems
