Senior UX-Designer

Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
You will participate in cross-functional design teams through a collaborative user-centric design process to research user behaviours, identify needs and deliver rapid prototypes, concept sketches and interaction design. You'll work together with our talented project managers, engineers and designers to create award-winning solutions for millions of people. We believe you need to have at least 4 years professional experience in designing experiences for digital and/or at least 2 years professional experience in working with Service Design and Management. You will: - Practice user centred methodology to form design decisions based on user data and insights. - Partner and work closely with our clients to advise and present strategies and concepts. - Interview and observe customers and users to extract insights and user needs. - Visualize customer journeys, service maps and service concepts. - Prototype ideas, and finalize the design for desirable customer experiences. - Cooperate with project managers and sales in sales dialogues and communicate and inspire new service concepts. - Communicate and envision multiple service concepts and ideas using methods & tools that help illustrate and prototype the components and touch points of the service. - Work on multiple design projects simultaneously. - Ability to perform and analyse usability testing. - Ability to create wireframes fast, thoroughly and communicate these to international clients. - Ability to work on multiple project simultaneously. - Participate in estimating, planning and prioritizing new projects. - Participate in meetings with clients. - Experience dealing effectively with non-creative decision makers.

Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Knowledge and experience: - Minimum 4+ years professional experience projects within the areas of consumer- and industrial applications for mobile devices or web apps/sites in media, telecommunications, health or finance. - Minimum 1+ years experience in Design Management and Design Thinking - You have excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, fluency in English. Arabic is a plus. - Extensive experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with customers, along with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management and user research. - A solid understanding and experience within the design processes and methods related to Service Design, User Centered Design and Design Thinking. - A strong portfolio that shows your thinking and solutions, user-centered approach and process applied to a range of projects and clients. - A least a masters (MSc) degree or equivalent experience from a relevant discipline. - Ability to travel occasionally. - We consider it a merit if you also have experience with Google Analytics or other advanced analytical tools. - Ability to perform and analyse usability testing. - Ability to create wireframes fast, thoroughly and communicate these to international clients. - Ability to work on multiple project simultaneously. - Participate in estimating, planning and prioritizing new projects. - Participate in meetings with clients.
