Academic Work is on behalf of our client, DigiExam, looking for full-stack developers to join their passionate and driven software development team.

DigiExam is a young and fast growing company that serves over 1400 schools in over 50 countries. Examples of schools using the platform are Stockholm School of Economics, Luleå Gymnasium and Viktor Rydberg. DigiExam has a product built for students and teachers so they can carry out exams and assessments in a digial manner.

They are well established in Sweden where their main office is located, and has started to expand in the US by establishing an office in New York last year.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
At DigiExam you will be a part of a young and ambitious company that is fast in picking up trends, share best practice and the latest technique on the market. As a full-stack developer you will be part of a SCRUM-team based in Stockholm and work together with driven and engaged colleagues. The team together with stakeholders work with research, plan and execute the development on the platform in 3 week sprints.

The main programming languages you will use are Go, JavaScript and HTML/CSS. Experience in Go is not a requirement as long as you have experience in another back-end language and has the drive to learn Go. You will also be exposed to other languages since DigiExam have native clients for OS X, Windows, iOS and Chrome OS. Some of the tools you will use on a regular basis are Google Cloud, AngularJS, Electron and BigQuery.

We are looking for you who have a passionate interest for programming as well as
experience in working as a full-stack developer with experience taken from many of your
own projects. The position is also of relevance for you who have some years of experience working within the given frontend as well as backend languages. The most important
thing though is to have passion for DigiExam´s techniques and product.

* You have good knowledge within HTML and CSS
* You have experience of back-end development
* You have good knowledge within JavaScript and modern frameworks
* It will be considered an additional qualification if you have experience in Go.

As a person, you are a problem solver who can analyze big amount of data and draw
conclusions, you have the ability to see consequences of different actions as well as
identifying the most efficient way of working. Since the team at DigiExam are working
very close together it is of high importance to collaborate with the colleagues and to work
towards common goals. DigiExam is growing fast and their intention is for the
development-team to continue its growth as well. Personal maturity, to act professionally
towards clients as well as new colleagues, is therefore of relevance.
