Lead Web Engineer

To our headquarters in Stockholm we are currently seeking a talented individual who can become an extraordinary developer for our web interfaces, group websites, self-service for customer and the back-office interface. In this role you will be working with our product owner and the app team to make all our customer interfaces great.

The work

• Craft the interfaces to perfection to drive consumer value and delight
• Re-build and continue the development of self-service web sites
• Optimize existing web interfaces from a technical and UX standpoint
• Drive the implementation of more effective A/B testing
• Contribute to analytical insight used to ensure our services scale across the world
• Improve the automated testing infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in working with web development
• You care deeply about usability
• Great sense of UX and graphics design
• Responsive design is everyday work
• You are quick to evaluate new products and possibilities
• Have an eye for technical detail as well as product design implementation
• Excellent problem solving skills and excellent spoken and written communication skills

Technology and tool experience

• HTML(5), CSS
• JavaScript and framework knowledge
• Experience with API integration through the use of HTTP/REST via JSON and AJAX
• GIT/Bitbucket
• WordPress
