Job Description:
As a Support Engineer within Customer Success you will help our existing customers worldwide utilize their usage of Hansoft. You will work in the Customer Success Squad to solve support questions from our customers, technical ones as well as usability and how-to questions.

Responsibilities:
Answering incoming support questions via email or phone.

Reproduce problems that customers have experienced, target the problem and create a solution together with developers or more senior support staff.

Support Hansoft staff on matters of product usage and other IT-related problems that arise.

Collaborate within Customer Success as well as with other Hansoft squads making sure our user base get qualitative support and to grow existing accounts.

This position is based out of our Swedish office in Uppsala. You will start with a training period to gain the necessary product knowledge for the position.

Job Requirements:
We believe that a successful candidate will:

Have experience from working in an IT-support role.

Have an IT-background with an understanding of client-server solutions, web solutions, MS Office etc.

Have general knowledge of databases and database architectures.

Have experience from working with server-client infrastructure like Microsoft AD, LDAP or similar.

It is also meriting, but not a requirement, if you have experience with Mac OS X and/or Linux.

Be highly communicative in Swedish and English, written and verbal.

Be eager to work in an entrepreneurial environment and appreciate both the possibilities and challenges of a small but growing, dynamic company.
