Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the information management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak's Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approx. 750 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.

This positions will be located in Lund. Travelling not more than 30 days per year is expected.

What we will do:

-We will equip our field force with iOS mobile devices and ensure that our global know-how and competence is only a "click away" through an ecosystem of apps
-We will speed up and improve issues resolution by the use of Microsoft HoloLens augmented reality
-We will connect our industrial equipment with our people in real time. Providing data analytics and insights to deliver more value to our customers
-We will leverage on e-Business across all the After Sales offerings in order to provide our customers with an attractive interface, driving ease of doing business

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

-Has more than 1 year of Scrum Master experience
-Has experience from driving projects from concept to implementation
-Has experience using Scrum to lead multiple teams
-Can handle support/maintenance mixed with development within the same team
-Can manage dependencies with other teams, eg. Backend

We would also prefer that you are:

-Certified Scrum Master
-Certified agile coach
-Experienced in general Project Management
-Used to working in a global organization
-Have experience of kanban tools such as Jira Agile
-Able to teach and coach the organization in Agile methodology
