In this role you will design and build the solutions to meet user needs and enterprise architecture strategies. You will control the design impacts on cost, ensuring quality of solution while you are driven to deliver change as quickly as possible. A part of the role is to supervise and coordinate solution engineers, internal and third parties development/configuration workforce. You will take an active part in the architect community and be responsible for solution design.

We are looking for a junior ability with a few years of experience or or this could possibly be your first job . You will be a problem solver with technical IT expertise to design systems to resolve business requirements. Within the regional unit and the group, you will design solution via an Asset Development approach to facilitate components reusability.

Academic degree with focus on IT or equivalent
Experience of the design, development and complex large scale and multi user applications, particular CRM and Offer to Cash solutions, is an advantage
Familiar with agile development methodologies like Scrum, Kanban and others.
Fluent in English, Swedish would be an asset

As a person you have highly developed communications skills and you have the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders. You are expected to have a technical approach to your work and not be afraid to roll your sleeves and dive deep into technical solutions. You are driven by innovation and improvement and you have a big interest and track record in learning new technologies and stay updated with the latest trends. You feel secure in discussing and capturing requirements with business analysts and the user community and you also have intercultural competence and international orientation.
