.js developer at fast growing startup

We need to beef up our team of frontend developers in Stockholm and we are looking for a frontend developer with an interest in functional programming.

The development environment includes Haskell and PostgreSQL in the backend and Backbone.js/React.js in the frontend. Of course we use git and have unit tests. We do agile development with 2w sprints (TDD, CI is not fully implemented but we are discussing it at the moment).

Your role will be to develop the core product and our webpage. Right now we are working with the e-signing experience on smartphones and making the signing experience responsive. You will also work on customer projects as the technical contact to the customer's developers. Also, we are working a lot with marketing automation. These efforts are led by our marketing automation guru Dominique Wroblewski who was the founder of Grosbill.fr (100M€ in turnover) and Yakarouler.fr (30M€ in turnover).

Typical tasks a typical week:

• Deliver some good code
• Work on feature specifications with our product owner
• Support customer's developers on API questions

Essential:

• Experience in frontend development (2+)
• Expertise in HTML5/CSS3
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery and LESS
• Knowledge of principles of responsive web design
• Experience in or interest in learning functional programming

Additional:

• Knowledge of React, Backbone.js, Node.js and Require.js
