Role Summary/Purpose:
The Application Consultant is responsible for leading application related work with Healthcare Digital solutions in radiology and archiving domains. You will support all phases of the product life-cycle; from pre-sales to implementation and installed base maintenance. During the pre-sales phase you will be giving demonstrations to customers and input to tenders, and be part of the project team. You will analyze customer requirements, find solutions and successfully drive them to closure.
Essential Responsibilities:
Own the local solutions in a server or VM. Manage and do configuration work of Healthcare IT solutions.
Lead workflow analysis work: Creates workflow analyses in cooperation with cross-functional IT team and customer representatives.
Work directly with Healthcare customers on the development of the hospital workflow.
Give demonstrations of GE Healthcare Digital solutions to customers at the customer premises mainly in Sweden and other Nordic countries.
Lead and participate pre-sales meetings in cooperation with sales.
Be subject matter expert and write responses to tenders.
Train the customer administrators, super-users and end-users to use, configure and maintain Healthcare Digital solutions.
Act as a project team member in Healthcare Digital implementation projects.
Update knowledge continuously about the GE?s solutions.
Work directly with cross-functional organizations and suppliers to take GE?s Digital solutions to the next level.
Use the GE processes for the development and release of new offerings.
Translate and create documentation in Swedish and English.
Required to multitask owning multiple projects lasting 1 day ? 1 year in duration.
Solve incidents, problems and service requests reported by the Healthcare Digital customers, be accountable of application related requests.
Travel to customer sites mainly in the Nordic countries to provide consulting, pre-sales, training and customer support.
Represent Nordic in cross-regional meetings.
Technical understanding about GE Healthcare Digital products and willingness to learn more.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
Demonstrated understanding of IT systems in archiving and radiology.
Working knowledge of radiology workflow.
Travel required 50%+ of working hours.
Ability to work remotely as required.
Fluency in Swedish and English languages.
Sales-oriented mindset.
Valid EU working permit
