Project Coordinator to a unique company

Do you have a background in Origination work within Printing and Converting and have experience from working as a Project Coordinator or Manager? Are you a person with good communication skills and are able to provide a high level of service? Then you might be the right person for this job!

Perido is now looking for, on the behalf of our client, after a Project Coordinator to a company that combine exceptional skills within design (packaging, graphic, industrial, experiential), micro-printing, chemistry and high-tech manufacturing to produce unique micro printed 3D foils at their secure site in Stockholm.

As a Project Coordinator your main responsibility is the production and delivery of Design Projects and subsequent hand-over to Volume Project Management upon the client sign-off. You will work in a wide work field encompasses the client?s meeting room down to the samples production lab and are responsible to ensure timely production and delivery of all steps within the Design Project routines. The Product Coordinator is in the centre of information and makes sure that the projects are conducted without interruptions. You have good skills in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and have the knowledge to produce finished Origination files from rough drawings, and are able to produce and pitch the 2D drawings to sales or KAM upon request. You are also responsible for the internal and general administration surrounding the work with Design Projects and will coordinate with the existing Project Manager in the company.

You are thorough in your way of handling tasks, have a positive attitude, good communication skills and work well under stressful conditions. Required qualifications

- University Degree
- Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, CAD Software, office package, OS x environment
- 1-2 years experience in Project Coordination/Management
- Background in Origination work within Printing and Converting
- Fluent skills in English and Swedish Proficiency

Contract type and hours

Fulltime job with start as soon as possible. Post with conditional tenure.
