Requirement Analysts/ Business Analysts

We are now looking for several Requirements Analysts to our IT department, characterized by creativity and diversity. We strive to create effective IT solutions with high quality where you as a Requirements Analyst has a key role as a link between business and IT, where you capture the business needs and translate them into clear requirements.

We have need of both junior and senior Requirement Analysts, to several divisions within our IT department, which means we have exciting challenges both for those who want to work with own developed systems or solutions sourced from external suppliers. You can, for example, work with systems that support technical solutions in our stores, our e-commerce, logistics area, or other systems that provides support to our business. We often work in distributed teams, which gives the opportunity to work with many international contacts.

You get the opportunity to contribute in exciting projects and management of situations of varying complexity. In your role you are planning and driving your work within requirements, collecting and documenting business needs. To succeed in the role, we see that you are good at communicating with various stakeholders, are analytical and structured.

Your responsibilities

As Requirements Analyst at H&M take great responsibility - and incredibly fun. Your role consists, among other things (depending on which division you will work in):

-Plan and operate requirements work in collaboration with the business and with your team
- Assist the business to understand the impact of requirements, and to prioritize between these
- Capture, clarify, question and document requirements
- Analyzing requirements based on business objectives and IT strategy
- Keeping and facilitating workshops
- Communicate with stakeholders about needs and solutions
- Running meetings for estimating and planning requirements with stakeholders

Your skills

Like all H & M's employees is a social, open, communicative, sales oriented and ambitious team player with strong momentum and a positive attitude. Also, you have these skills and experiences:

- At least 1 year of experience in working with the requirements of business and IT
- Experience documenting requirements and practical experience in writing Users Stories
-Ability to communicate about problems and solutions, both at a business level and a technical level
-Ability to adapt to how new business and IT-solutions works
-Ability to facilitate workshops
-Experience of working with non-functional requirements
-Can express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have experience of working with distributed teams (offshore) and work / requirements set against a supplier and the experience of global companies. There is a plus if you also have worked with Agile and UX.

Since we are looking for Requirements Analysts to a number of positions we are in need of different skills.
