Process & IT within Volvo Group Trucks Operations
GTO Process & IT execute- and follow up on the Process & IT long term plan and strategic roadmap within Global Truck Operations being responsible for process management and development on PM L1 and L2. The function consolidates, decides and executes all P&IT demands from the business and is responsible for Information architecture, information model and master data management.

GTO Process & IT Cab & Vehicle Assembly COE
GTO Process & IT Cab & Vehicle Assembly COE consolidates all P&IT demands and secures implementation and usage of processes and solutions in COE. We execute- and follow up on the P&IT implementation plan within the scope of COE and manage local adaptations and implementations of processes.

We are now looking for a Business Process Developer / Process and Solution Expert for the process of SUPPLY MATERIAL
Role mission & context
You will as Business Process Developer - Process and Solution Expert COE contribute as an expert with in-depth knowledge in COE processes, methods & IT-solutions supporting the development and implementation of standard processes. You will mainly be involved in the early phases of change initiatives or implementation of the initiatives. You will report to the Director P&IT COE.

Key Responsibilities
Act as Subject Matter Expert in COE processes and solutions of related appointed & legacy solutions
Lead prestudies in the process area (new)
Participate mainly in earlier phases of implementation projects
Support transformation with gap analysis & recommend solution proposal
Analyze, compile and prioritize process and solution change requests
Run smaller implementation and transformation projects
Support the alignment of the processes and solutions with business strategies and support in the process and solution development and priorities

Wanted Profile
You need to have the ability to work in a global context and have a deep knowledge in the processes and solutions you will work with. Analytical skills and experience of how IT solutions are used in the daily operation is a must. You are a results-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize and see the full picture.
You will need to actively cooperate with various stakeholders and navigate with ease in a multi-cultural environment. It is important you have an innovative and creative mind-set in order inspire and challenge stakeholders on all levels of the organization. You also have a strong quality focus and a personal drive to reach the objectives and targets set understanding how they contributes to the Volvo Group vision and strategy.

Required Competencies
Excellent knowledge of the COE process and IT solutions
Good understanding of process interfaces to other processes and solutions
GMHS knowledge and internal logistic process and parameters in data flow
Broad knowledge of related processes
Several years of actual experience of work in the process together with IT development and implementation.
Strong analytical skills
Experience from teamwork
Basic knowledge about process methods and tools
Ability to understand & perform end to end process & solution analysis

We also see you have:
Complete proficiency in English is a requirement
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of Project Management methods & tools
