As a DevOps Coordinator you will coordinate change and run activities (Support, Maintenance, Enhancements and Projects) for a portion of the IT landscape. You will coach and assist the team in developing roadmaps for solutions, then identify, plan, and execute projects to support these plans.
You coordinate solution designers (both internal and external), software engineers, testers and other roles involved in change/run activities.
 

A part of the role is to ensure the scalability, stability, reliability and operability of production systems we release. You create and maintain Continuous Developments/Integration Processes to guarantee service operations.
To gain insight into the behavior of our applications you will create, champion and drive better metrics and monitoring initiatives.
 

You collaborate with the Service Management function on improving software delivery, application performance and scalability to build highly resilient systems.
You will coordinate cross functional teams to produce business capabilities while continuously improve burn out of value versus costs.

 

5+ years considerable experience in team coordination, coaching and project management.

5+ years of experience in Service Oriented Architecture

3+ considerable experience in agile development methodologies like, scrum, Kanban, XP and others.

Academic degree in computer science, economics or equivalent

Experience working with diverse infrastructure options such as private and public cloud.
 

Personal skills
As a person you have highly developed communications skills and you have the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders and managers.
You are expected to have a technical approach to your work and not be afraid to roll your sleeves up and make things happen. You are driven by innovation and improvement and have a big interest in technology and what it can do for people. You stay updated with the latest trends and always strive to develop. You also have intercultural competence and international orientation.
Fluent English and Swedish skills.
