System Developer at Scania IT

The .NET P&L group within Scania IT is responsible Development and maintenance of IT-applications and systems for Order To Delivery Process with emphasis on Logistics, Production, Industrial Control and Purchasing.

Your role

The main role is as a System Developer.

As a team member of one of our agile teams, that are supporting production systems, You will be assigned tasks related to the delivery, requirement analysis, solution specifications, design, data conversion, project support and other similar tasks.

The challenge in the role is the understanding of the complexity of production flow and the consequences of the changes. Thus you need to have several years of experience when it comes to the development skills and tools. Experience from working with production systems is a plus.

Your profile
We are looking for a solid an experienced system developer.

You have a University degree and several years of experience within the order to delivery area. If you have knowledge of our production system MONA it would be an advantage.

As a person we believe that you are structured and open for changes and development of the function and the company as in whole.

Required skills

Excellent knowledge of .Net, C#, WCF, WPF, MS Visual Studio 2010/2013, TFS 2013.

Good knowledge in MS SQL Server 2008/2012 Mgmt Studio, Oracle DB, Oracle Reports, COM application.
