WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR A SCRUM MASTER

The Snow Device Manager (SDM) team is now looking for an experienced Scrum Master. The team develops a leading edge Mobile Device Management tool for enterprises handling the full life cycle of smartphones and tablets. It extends the high levels of control and oversight already applied to desktops, datacenters and cloud computing to mobile devices. The platform is implemented in Microsoft’s .NET technology with native applications for iOS, Android and Windows Mobile. Read more about SDM here.

In this role you will together with your team establish the most efficient way of working. Your role is to drive continuous improvements, boost the team dynamic and ensure that the team runs efficiently and at a high pace. You will also communicate and coordinate with other scrum masters and agile coaches in order to establish best agile practices.

• Inspiring and motivating your team
• Unblocking the team and removing impediments
• Facilitating agile meetings and demos
• Helping the team to consistently adhere to relevant engineering practices
• Facilitating the establishment of a clear product vision
• Identifying and communicating dependencies and make them transparent

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• More than 3 years’ experience as Scrum Master and/or Product Owner
• Practical and pragmatic experience of applying Agile techniques
• Ability to participate in solution and architectural discussions
• A track record in developing outstanding technical teams including sustainable improvements to throughput, quality and overall performance
• TFS, Team City
