Group IT is located in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We are 1400 employees responsible for running the bank, developing and maintening business strategic and central systems in Swedbank.

All development is managed in projects and we deliver approximately 600 projects and pre-studies during a business year.

Group Finance/Risk/Treasury (GFRT) division is a part of Swedbank Group IT. GFRT's key role is to deliver IT development and maintenance services of systems owned by Group Finance, Risk and Treasury in a flexible, cost effective and high quality manner. Our team is growing fast and needs more talented individuals to handle the ever increasing workload. We work together with operational systems across Swedbank group to ensure efficient creation and collection of information. This aggregated and consolidated view is used by business services across Swedbank.

About the job:

Group Finance, Risk & Treasury in Tallinn is now looking for two more application designers/developers to join our Regulatory Reporting area.

As a team member you will be involved in the design and development process from start to finish in some of our exciting projects.
The role will include working with requirements, design and implementation of technical solutions based on .NET, SQL and Teradata. You will also work with maintenance parts. You will work as part of an agile team, interacting close with Business.

About you:

You are an experienced and committed application designer/developer with a good grip of .NET, SQL or similar.
You have a passion for working with development and maintenance of systems/products.
As a person you need to be a communicating team player who enjoys sharing your knowledge and learning from your colleagues.
You are an analytical, structured, creative problem solver and are motivated by learning and taking on new responsibilities.
Good communications skills are essential and you have the ability to get a message across in a pedagogic manner even to colleagues outside your discipline.

You are the one we are looking for if you have:

- NET developing experience
- Experience of an agile way of working in projects
- A degree in an appropriate IT/Design discipline
- Good language skills in English, both written and spoken
- Qualify, experience in database modeling/design (Teradata, MS SQL, Oracle or similar)
