Systems Operations Analyst

About the team, role and responsibilities:

This position will give you the opportunity to be a part of our fantastic application management team, which is responsible for maintaining 100% system uptime for the trading environments. We are responsible and accountable for designing, planning, building, testing and implementing new technical solutions. We are supporting the Business with operational related investigations, verifying, planning and conducting application upgrades, optimizing application performance, documentation, managing changes, business continuity planning and testing.

The job includes:

•Being part of all activities regarding the applications such as handling of incoming issues, incident solving, requirements, launch of new versions
•Acting as specialist in operational issues, questions and requirements
•Taking part in performing recovery procedures, scheduling and backups, and monitoring batch processes
•Managing projects and independently carrying out our parts of large implementation projects.

•Education preferred: Degree qualified in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline or equivalent work experience in Data Center, Trading, Computer, or Network Operations
•Experience Preferred : 2 to 4 years of experience in related area
•Demonstrate knowledge of Linux
•Ability to prioritize, organize and complete work tasks within given timelines
•Good interpersonal skills and a strong communicative ability in English, both verbally and in writing, Swedish language would be a merit
•Appetite for change in an ever changing environment.

You will sit in the renovated former Ford assembly plant in Frihamnen, in our spacious and open plan factory-style campus, which houses 700 of Nasdaq’s IT talent across many departments including engineering, architecture, development and testers.
