Principal Software Engineer

About the team, role and responsibilities:

You will work in close collaboration with business to maintain, develop and support a post trade system. The role will require you to wear the hat of both an analyst and developer as you will take an active and responsible part of each phase of the development process including: collecting business requirements, design, development, testing and documentation to delivery.
•Analyze functional requirements and design solutions
•Implement code according to the requirements and design
•Development using RPGLE, SQL on IBMi platform.
•Programming
•Conduct testing to ensure functionality according to business requirements and design
•Provide support to customers.

•Education Required: Degree in Computer Science.
•Experience Required: At least 7 years of experience from bank or insurance industry ; at least 7 years of experience as RPGLE developer ; at least 7 years of experience using SQL
•Excellent language skill – Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
