Arbetsuppgifter
This job is a staffing position, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at our clients office. The intention from our client is that they will offer you a permanent employment, given that all parts are satisfied with the cooperation. As customer support you will work with giving the best possible support to the French market regarding the technical platforms that our client provides. Your main focus will be charging stations for electrical cars, but with time you may also give support within the Tingco box (Internet of Things), smart homes, vending machines and digital access. You will get an introduction as well as be working with competent and devoted colleagues. If your expertise and interest reaches beyond customer support, foremost within programming and/or network, our client will be more than happy to include that in your job description. For example, you will: Answer calls and e-mails from the French market, give first class service to customers within all areas, administrative tasks connected to support matters and solutions. If you have additional competence and interests the role will include tasks connected to your area of expertise. Utbildning/Erfarenhet
Have previous experience in service and administration, are fluent in both English and French, have a personal interest in IT and technology. It will be considered an additional qualification if you: Have experience with similar tasks, have competence within Java, SQL Windows, Linux and/or troubleshooting software. As a person, you are driven and your curiosity knows no limits. You are service minded and regardless of task, the customer is always your main focus. You are a team player and knows how to put the teams needs before your own, without compromising your own progress.
