Design Lead

Kognity is a successful EdTech startup located in Stockholm, Sweden. We deliver digital textbooks to schools in more than 50 countries, which improve teachers' and students' everyday life and makes learning easier.

As we are growing, we are now looking to take a bigger grip on the UX by bringing in an awesome Design Lead that can own the experience, flows and design in the learning tool of tomorrow.

About the role

You are a UX/UI designer with 3+ years of professional experience who likes get things done, and do them well. You always start with the end user and work your way backwards to product flows.

You are pragmatic, like when things are moving fast and having fun while at it. You appreciate smart, dedicated colleagues that truly care about you, and about the product and the technical solutions. You turn out prototypes at a rapid pace and high quality.

You will be work closely with engineering and our Head of Product. The role is the only full time operative UX/UI role, which means that you will work with everything within UX - user research, interface design and graphical design (on your own or coordinating freelancers) to mention a few areas.

Your background:

* 3-10 years of UX/UI experience
