We are looking for a highly creative and innovative Product Owner for our Native applications team that understands the importance of a great customer experience.

As the Product Owner for the Native Applications team you will be responsible for bringing new world class gambling related native applications live to our increasingly demanding customers.
This is done together and in close collaboration with Business Owners, Development teams and 3rd Party Suppliers.

As a Product Owner within the Unibet group you are highly empowered, which means you will have control over your own work and also are expected and encouraged to take on new tasks without someone managing you in detail.

The Native Applications team
-The team you will work with is a highly efficient and skilled with great knowledge within our industry and native development.
-The team is responsible for building Native Applications for Sportsbook/Casino/Poker & Bingo used by millions of customers of the Unibet group an it’s brands.

Key accountabilities of this role are

-Liaise with business stake holders to secure efficient management of backlog and handling of new business initiatives
-Coordination with 3rd party suppliers for planned and ongoing integrations
-Close communication with relevant stakeholders such as business owners , product owners and tech teams on upcoming and ongoing business initiatives and release schedules
-Work closely and coordinate with other POs to secure work needed to deliver the Native Services Roadmap
-Participate in Stakeholder Forums together with highly skilled business owners
-Strategic
-Develop Product Roadmap together with Business Stakeholders and the team
-Together with main business stakeholders drive and contribute to the strategic vision for where we need to be within our Native applications offering to stay on top of competition long term.
-Learning & Delivery

Visualize and deliver on bringing the best products to our customers
-Prioritize & Maintain the teams' work backlog and make sure that there is an adequate supply of clearly defined requirements
-Provide and/or check that user stories have enough detail for implementation and provide clarification to the team on an as needed basis
-Participate in daily standups and release planning meetings
-Ensure maximum business value of scheduled work
-Champion continuous process improvement across the product development life-cycle working closely with business stakeholders to secure visibility of feature progress
-Improving work processes together with team to maximize throughput
-KPI tracking on team throughput and ROI
-Supplier Management

Work in close cooperation with 3rd party supplier to make sure the Unibet high standards in integration processes are met
Together with business stakeholders influence 3rd party suppliers to be aware of Unibet roadmap wishes both from a commercial and technical perspective
Awareness of 3rd party supplier updates and improvements

We're looking for someone with the following skills, knowledge and experience
-Solid understanding of iOS/Android ecosystems
-Familiar with iOS/Android App Store submission procedures
-Tuned to latest OS updates to identify opportunities
-Understanding of Xcode/Android Studio would be a plus
-Attention to detail is key to deliver quality products
-Mobile/Native mind set and always thinks “Mobile first”
-Apple Framework and Release Cycles
-Fantastic communication and presentation skills
-Creative & Strategic thinker with a positive attitude
-Understand the importance of Customer Experience
-Have a data and evidence driven mind-set in decision making
-Excellent English speaking and writing skills
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience with either product owner or scrum master role
-Solid Experience with Agile development approach
-Must thrive in multi-tasking, quick moving, demanding environment
-Experience and passion for gambling
-Willingness to travel to London once a month
