About Group IT
Group IT is located in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We are 1400 employees responsible for running the bank, developing and maintening business strategic and central systems in Swedbank.
All development is managed in projects and we deliver approximately 600 projects and pre-studies during a business year.

Reinforcements are needed in the Contact Center & Telephony team!
In this recruitment you have the opportunity to join the team that both develops and operates the Contact Center platform. The area is steadily growing with new internal customers and a lot of interesting and challenging development projects are coming up.
The Contact Center platform is built upon a number of systems and applications. Nortel/Avaya IP Telephony, The Genesys Contact Center application platform and Trio Televoice are the most central. This platform is a vital part of Swedbanks present and future digital platform, used by numerous customer service centers within Sweden and Latvia.
As a Java & Genesys developer your work will consist of:
Development and maintenance of services within the Contact Center platform. Troubleshooting and maintenance on the platform on a “level 3” (the most advanced level). Participate in analysis of new business requirements. Lifecycle management for our services (upgrading and patching systems and applications). Contact with vendors and customers. Be a part of the Swedish on-call team.
To do this the best way possible, you need to operate both independently and in a group while taking responsibility for completing your tasks. Since you will take part in vendor and client meetings (also international) it is beneficial to have good business and communication skills. An analytical and methodical way of working will help you to be successful as part of your assignment consists of troubleshooting.
