About the role and responsibilities
- Adopt a holistic view of the entire system layout and configuration
- Review business requirements and software design specifications
- Develop new complex functionality in an environment handling large volumes of data and demands for high availability
- Write and execute unit tests using continues integration/delivery tools in order to get fast feedback in faulty situations.

Education, Professional accomplishments, and Certifications:
Education Required:
- University degree in computer science, information technology, software development or similar or equivalent work experience
- At least 7 years of work experience

Skills, Requirements and Competencies:
- Experience with enterprise Java application development, C++ and Perl
- Comfortable in a SCRUM and Agile environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, train, inspire and motivate team to accomplish objectives
- Ability to build good relationships with peers, business partners, and clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience from working with financial systems especially clearing/settlement systems would be a merit
