Working as a Back End Developer here at BannerFlow is about being knee-deep in challenging and complex technologies and developing highly scalable and available systems that are the backbone of our SaaS platform.

We are a truly agile company without hierarchy and bureaucracy, we work in small autonomous and cross-functional teams and you will work side by side with Product Owners, UX/Design, Customers Success etc.

You will be given a high level of ownership of your tasks and will be able to influence and have an impact on the entire product lifecycle, that means set the goals, set the timelines, develop the product, test it, ship it and maintain it.

We deploy earlier and more often than most, sees mistakes and failures as education and jump on every opportunity to use the best, most scalable and often the latest technologies to make sure we continue to stay in the forefront of AdTech.

Who are you?
