About Group IT

Group IT is located in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We are 1400 employees responsible for running the bank, developing and maintening business strategic and central systems in Swedbank.

All development is managed in projects and we deliver approximately 600 projects and pre-studies during a business year.

Senior Performance Tester, Group IT

Swedish Banking IT Division is part of the IT Development organization. We are an expanding division with roughly 180 employees located in Sweden, Tallinn and Lithuania serving the Business Area Swedish Banking. Our end customers are Swedish Banking and Baltic Banking. We operate in a very fast moving environment in tight cooperation with our Business partners. The area is characterized by high business demands, speed and a continuous development. We are now taking next step in our journey to work according to agile principles and are therefore reorganizing our teams to fit the new way of working.

Assignment specification

Team Performance test was established in 1999. It is one of the most advanced performance teams in Sweden. We have a dedicated environment, senior members in the team and well developed processes and methods. The team test digital bank services such as online banking and mobile banking

You will be part of the performance test team, and contribute to their success. Our customers are development projects, releases and maintenance projects. We work very closely with the project managers, project architects, developers and test managers.

As a Senior Performance Tester, you will be:

Having full responsibility for performance test projects Maintaining the performance test Environment Maintaining our test data Making HP Loadrunner/Visual studio scripts Planning, executing performance tests and writing reports
We are looking for a person with

A relevant university degree within IT Fluency in English, both oral and written At least 4 years of experience from performance testing Linux or Unix (user/operator) IBM WebSphere (administration) J2EE (concepts) Network communication (monitoring) HP Loadrunner, MS Visual Studio, Diagnostics/profiling C, Java (General/Basic skills) Database (concept/monitoring/database SQL)
