As an iOS Developer at nona labs in Stockholm. You’d be working in SWIFT of course and some other of the latest and most popular software frameworks as React JS, React Native against our AWS built microservices backend. Together with some of our talented developers in our Stockholm office at Mall of Scandinavia in Sweden. You’d be working where and whenever you like as long as you follow our Agile process and shows up at our standups at 10 CET every weekday.

I then asked my developers what I should write in the ad to attract the best developers to speed up my development. This is the answer I got.

Tell them that they will be working for some half crazy Swedish serial entrepreneurs that thinks they’re going to make the world soooo much better with nona. But actually they won’t have to manage them that much. Our CTO does most of that.
They won’t have any history and old spaghetti code to limit them either. We’re building everything new from scratch here. Which is a lot of fun. So they will be able to affect how and what they and others will be working on a lot.
There is a lot of talk about freedom, working where and whenever you want. But if you’re going to be really effective and productive and produce some amazing code as we do. You should get your ass to the office and work together with us other developers and enjoy our great coffee’, buy us some donuts and join our explicit lunches. And not only the traditional Friday Burger lunch.

As a senior iOS Developer with more than 2 years of Objective C and 2 years of SWIFT development experiences. You will lead the development of our International portfolio of eHealth apps to engage our members at Nona to live healthier. You will probably work on multiple projects at the same time during our 2 weeks agile sprints. So to be structured and productive while at the same time, very creative. Will be a big challenge for you. YOU: Are a very experienced iOS Developer and has multiple iOS apps as reference cases to share. Have some experiences from the Apple Healthkit framework. Which will be very important for developing the Nona iOS apps for both smartphones, tablets and smartwatches. Are familiar with the Atlassian platform and to work in an Agile project model. Like to be in the forefront of using the latest frameworks as nona does with React JS, React Native against our AWS built microservices backend. Like to co create products- and services and is very involved in our products- and services from the core idea and user stories to the final design and testing of the app after your development is done. And if there is something that you don't like or think could be done better. You will be honest , but still humble when you say that. Know that quality software is not an coincident. It's the result of a great teamwork from the product owner, design, developers to the test team.
