UI/Visual Design Director

You understand the strengths and limitations of web as well as mobile platforms, and understand the business logic of digital services. Most of all, you understand the users and how stunning, flawless, user interfaces are created. You also have a confident way of driving the design process and no problems leading a team of designers, as well as reasoning with the rest of the development team.
