Versatile front-end web developer with a passion for user experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Research is at the heart of what we do at Potentialpark. Throughout the year, we conduct quantitative and qualitative research that includes career related surveys on students and graduates around the globe. We aim to monitor communication trends and capture preferences and frustrations.

We are embarking on a digitization journey which will have large effects for our company, our products, our international clients and partners - and you will be a part of the entire process. From planning to designing and shaping responsive web solutions, building scalable applications, binding front and back end together and monitoring, testing as well as continuously optimizing our solutions and designs. You will build cutting-edge web applications and work on product features, user experience, improving and scaling our web applications and data infrastructure. You will be an essential part in helping us ensure that our user experience is the best it can be.

We expect you to have:

A University degree
Minimum 2 years of practical experience
Proven experience in building software
Experience of working with Agile methodology, eg. SCRUM
Proficiency with PHP5 and MySQL
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery) and AJAX
Proficiency with in-depth data mining, data analytics, data manipulation and reporting
Fluent spoken and written English (every extra language is a plus)
Experience in back-end development is an advantage
Experience in AngularJS or similar is an advantage

Your academic background is less important to us than your ability to demonstrate practical experience of web application development in its many forms. What problems have you solved? What have you done and why you are proud of it?
