Lead Designer - UI & UX

What you'll do

• Work with the product development team to find the best way to develop our product from a user perspective
• Develop design concepts and user experience ideas for new functionality in &frankly
• Prototype new user interactions, navigation flows on the web and in our apps
• Creates wireframes, mockups and describes interaction flows that we will implement
• Produce pixel-perfect icons and other graphical assets that goes into our finished product
• Continuously follow-up that what has been implemented lives up to the intended user experience
• Establish a strong design identity and secure a coherent experience across plattforms.

Who you are

• You love creating simple and elegant user experiences that makes something complex seem simple and obvious
• You have a passion for designing attractive and uncluttered interface with clear design aesthetics
• You have experience in how to design for both responsive web and different app form factors, and know how to balance between standard components and things that should be unique and innovative
• You are careful and create pixel-perfect end-products that can be implemented immediately
• You get stuff done and have no problems tackling vague problems, quickly grasping what's important and needs to shine and what might just have to be there but should be hidden away

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of relevant work experience in user interface and user experience design
• Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English.
• Relevant experience in tools such as Photoshop, Adobe XD, InVision, Principle, or the like.
